Is it possible to bring a pet (dog / cat) to the hotel?
No, we cannot accept pets in our hotel.
I have food allergy, can they help me with this?
Our kitchen and staff are both prepared to serve many diets and food sensitivities, be it vegetarian or vegan lifestyles, or lactose, milk, gluten sensitivities.
Am I arriving with a baby, can they provide a cot, baby bath and baby high chair?
As a family-friendly accommodation, we can also provide a baby cot, baby bath and high chair!
Is a deposit required to make a reservation?
The deposit must be paid within 3 days of booking. The deposit is 50% of the total accommodation fee. The advance payment can be made by online credit card payment, bank transfer, credit card details or SZÉP card payment.
When do I become a regular customer?
You will become a regular customer on your 3rd stay! You are then entitled to the 5% discount that will be deducted from your final account. We provide the discount only from our own services! When booking, please indicate your entitlement to the discount to our sales colleague!
If I cancel my booking, will I get my money back?
The accommodation can be canceled free of charge until the 14th day before arrival. Thereafter, we will charge a 50% penalty until the 7th day prior to arrival, and a full 100% penalty within 7 days prior to arrival.
Is parking free?
No, parking for cars is 700 HUF per night, while for buses 2000 HUF / night.
There is wifi?
Due to the large size of the area, we have several routers, so we also have a wi-fi signal. You can find the name and password of the strongest sign at your location in the Guest Information Booklet in the wooden houses. For the strongest wi-fi signal available in other areas of the campsite, please ask at our reception!
